We believe diversity of thought is key to reimagining how we live and work, driving forward a more just and sustainable society. Warrior Group exists to amplify, support and embed voices less heard for transformational change.

At Warrior Group, we’re enabling companies like Amazon, Accenture, Natwest and Long Harbour to turn diversity of thought into a commercial advantage. Set up by activist and community leader Karla Morales-Lee and impact innovator Tara PJ Stevens, Warrior Group works with organisations in two ways:

Our services

Headed up by Karla, Warrior Group Network connects organisations to our diverse global network of ground-breaking ‘Warriors’ who have solutions and lived experience at the intersection of business, environmental and societal change. Our on-demand service takes learning briefs from our clients requiring Warrior knowledge, wisdom and insight for conferences and events, 1:1 calls, Warrior Innovation Safaris or to join workshops and projects.

Headed up by Tara, Warrior Group Consulting builds inclusive cultures with our data-led approach that puts inclusion at the heart of commercial growth. Our transformation team uses ground-up cultural intelligence to identify ‘moments that matter’ across the employee experience, resulting in an actionable roadmap that pin-points where commercial value is being lost, and delivers a plan supported by our Warriors to drive measurable impact.

In partnership with Amazon UK and the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS) Warrior Group was hired to review the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability apprenticeship standard using our data-led cultural intelligence tool to assess impact of the standard for both employers and apprentices. Warrior Group has published the resulting report and inclusive practice toolkit (available on ICRS website on 10/20/23) as means of promoting the CR&S apprenticeship standard to employers considering participating in the apprenticeship as an impactful way of driving social mobility within corporate responsibility.
